A brief history of visitors

Johnny was born on Wednesday January 27th at 8:26 am in Beverly, the same town we got married in a few years ago. My mother came into town to help with the birth for about a week. I don't know what I would have done without her love and support. My father visited us the last day we were in the hospital and helped us take Jonathon home on Saturday. It meant to world to me for him to come up and meet Johnny. He was so helpful and patient in getting us home, it was clear he had been though this before. The following weekend my sister Gwen traveled up from PA to help us with adjusting to the new babe. She was really helpful and had plenty of good advice. She gave us a chance to catch up on a little sleep and was a very soothing aunt. The next weekend Aunt Cait came to meet Johnny. She was a natural at baby dancing and made our third weekend as new parents much easier.
The fourth weekend Ryan's family visited, Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Carrie. They all got a chance to work their baby whispering magic and gave us a much needed night out to visit with friends. When Johnny was six weeks old, Aunt Gwen returned with Uncle Chris and Johnny's cousins, Austin and Emily. We had a great weekend relaxing and going bowling.
Over the next three months we have had visits from my mom, Aunt Cait and Uncle Matty and from Grandma Joan. Hopefully we will get to travel down to PA soon to visit the Gardners and Grandpa. And we will travel to Alabama to see the whole Gonzales family in a few weeks.
